People who have pest-infe-ted orchards arc warned that the Diparimmt of Agriculture intends launching out on a serious campaign, Since the o.chard and Garden Posts Ac! was passed, the Department has not be m too strict with peop'o wbo havo not tuksn euilbient care to kcop their orchards clshd. Cautions have bean issued, aud orchards have heen visited by Inspectors to give owners every ohauco to apply remedies, Daring the incoming season, however, tho Act will be enforced with fair stringency.
