Major Goold-Adams, Lieut.-Governor of Orangia, shortly proceeds homewards, Lord Elgin consulting him in regard to OraDgia. Mr Watt, Minister of Justice, speaking at Charlestown, expressed a hope that there would be an early amalgamation of Natal and the Transvaal.
