VEXATIOUS DISPUTE.
TRESS ASSOCIATION Dunedin, last nigh'. _ At :i meeting of the Drainage Board tonight members were indignant at the action of the Railway Department connecting the new railway station with the main intercepting sewer without the authority of the Board. The matter, it was said, was in the hands of the solicitor. Some members were inclined to think if the Board was to be interfered with iu this way they should resign in a body. In reply to a question the Chairman said that in other centres Drainage Board’s etc had been compensated for similar service.''' The Board went into Committee to further consider the matter.
