The horse show and parade, tho first of the kind held in Sydney, was succsssfully opened with 350 entries. The show is roptesenta'ivo of all the States and New Zealand, The parade through the streets aßraoted a large amount of interest. The sales in connection with the show, whiob it is proposed to make an annual event, will be opened to-morrow. The first prize winners were :—Thoroughbreds : Smith'd Gaulus, Morton’s Rist, Cotter’s Play, Fair’s Ribbonwool, Thompson’s Master Sevan, Robard’s Harold Soamp. Heavy draughts : Hickey's B llie, Caffrey’s Kelvnot, Reay’s Brilliant Field,
