In the Supremo Gouit this morning, Mr Ju3iico Chapman dealt further with the case of Ann Fottsr, convicted on Friday of tbe manslaughter of an i legitimate child, her daughter, His Honor was satisfied there was sufficient doubt as to the legal responsibility cf accused for the child to make it desirable to state a case to the Court of Appeal.
