The daughter of the Russian General Frimz committed suicide at Odessa under sensational oiroumstanoes. While ap proaohing General Railhars, Governor of Odessa, and General Karangczoff, pp patently wish the intension of killing them, She woman fell, and a bomb concealed in her reticule exploded. She made an- endeavor to escape, but being pursued, entered a hotel and shot her at If dead with a revolver.
LondOD, August 11. The Times’ correspondent at St. Petersburg reports that 230 members of the Duma, including M. Movzomtseff aua Prince Dolgorukoff, are being prosecuted for signing the Viborg manifesto.
