representative at tbo coming conference in Sydney should endeavor to hivonnew agreement drawn up on linrs that would be more favorable ta New Zealand than tho old one. It was also decided that Now Zealand favored tho weighing of competitors on the first night only cf a competition, and that the number of rounds shou'd bo six of two miuute3 each.
