The cheese market is steady, with very good demand. White makes are 0 Is, colored 00s per cwt. The hemp market is not quite so firm. Large buyers have drawn the market, and prices consequently have declined. Wellington hemp is quoted at £oi 10s. The cocksfoot seed market is dull, buyers not being keen to do business The average price of 171 b bright clean dressed seed is 40s per cwt. The wool market is quiet, and there is no alteration in prices.
