In the Supreme Court to day Walter Lander and George Nottingham came up for sentences on oharges of burglary at Rangiora, On the plea of you'd, previous good oharacter, and tbo influence of Nottingham, Lander was odmit'ed to probation, but Nottingham was sent to gaol for three years,
