In tho Marine irquiry into the OtiffelBuniyong collision the Court found that tbo master of the tup, tho pilot, lbs oaptain of the barque, and captain ot Ihe steamer were all at fault in the matter, bnt did not o ill upon any of them to show cause, on the ground that the oaptiia of the steamer bad made a not unnatural mistake, ard the methods ol towage adopted on the other side were within the harbor regula'ions.
