Melbourne, July 24. Several further arrests have been made in connection with the murder of MoLecd at F emington. His mother has gone insane from the shock and been coofloed to an asylum. The Rev. Mr Worrall, in a sermon at Bendigo, denounced Mr Gillott, Chief Secretary, in connection with the recent gamthng tragedies. He impeecbed him with blood flowing from the wounds of gamblers. It was nonsense for him to pretend he was powerless to stop the scourge which was creatiog a very Gethsemane of woe aDd trouble, Mr Bent, the Premier, states be will arreßt Worrall if it is possible, addiog, ‘Til straighten him up.” The Rev. Mr Worrall, in an interview. stateß that the tragedy at Fiemington would never have occurred if the authorities exercised the power the law gave them,
