In tho legislative Assembly, tho Premier, Mr Carruthers, without comment, moved tbo suspension of Criok. A long discussion followed, resulting in the motion hoing carried by an overwhelming mejotity. Criok refused to leave tho Chamber, and was removed by Ihe Sergeant-at-Arms. He statod that he would take steps to assert his rights legally.
