Received 10.8 p.m., July 20. The Bishop of Zululand oharged Roystan’s Horse with shooting natives in oold blood, stealing tbe cattle of loyal natives, and other conduct disgracing Englishmen. A military Court of Enquiry mainly exonerates tho oorps. It oon«. aiders it unavoidable that five natives should be shot while trymg to escape. Colonel RoystoD admits that the column looted stock belonging to natives who were believed to be disloyal.
