The Hon. G. McLean, ex-chairman of directors of the Colonial Bank, has filed on affidavit concurring in the proceedings taken by P. 0. Neill in applying for suspension of an order in respect to the destruction of cortain of tho Colonial Bank’s books on the grounds that the books are necessary for defence in the aolion oom-mono-a by V. Brauud against McLsau and Neill.
