Peasants are causing terrible devastation on estates in Voronezo. Landowners are fleeing.

Tho Times’ St Petersburg correspond dent reports that Garemzekin’s resignation ie expected hourly. The Central Committee of Constitutional Democrats was hurriedly oonvened on Sunday morfling. After a secret session for some flours leading members departed for an unknown destination. It is believed thoy have been summoned to Peterhof to disouss the formation of a Cabinet.
