AUCKLAND
City cf Auckland, 37,740 persons; suburban borough (a) 19,905; suburban (not municipalised road districts, etc. (b), 24,544; tot >1 greater Auckland oansus, 1906, 82,189 : total greater Auckland census, 1901,67,226; inoreoso, 14,963. (a) inoludos tho boroughs of Birkonboad, Dovonport, Nowmnrket, Grey Lynn, and Parnell; (h) includes tho road districts of Arohbill, Eden Tnrraoo, Epsom, Mount Albert, Mount Roskill, Ono Troo Hill, Point Chevalier, and Remnora, besides small portions outlying.
WELLINGTON.
City of Wellington, 58,552 persons; suburban boroughs (o), 4,292; total greater Wellington oenans 1906, 62,844 ; total greater Wellington oensus 1901, 49,344; incioase, 13,500. (o) includes boroughs of Onslow and Karori, but does not includo tho adjoining aoroughs of Hutt, Petone, Miramar, and Eastbourne.
CHRISTCHURCH,
City of Christchurch, 49 920 persons ; suburban boroughs (d), 4,024; suburban (not municipalised road diatriots) (o), 13,918; total greater Christchurch census 1906, 67.862; total greater Christohuroh census 1901, 57,011; increase, 10,821. (d) includes the boroughs of New Brighton and Woolstou ; (e) includes the road districts of Spreydon, and parts of Halswell, Riooartou, Avon, and Heaihooto.
DUNEDIN,
City of Dunedin, 86.075 persons; suburban boroughs (f), 19,949; total greater Dunedin oensas 1906, 56,024 ; total greator Donodin oensus 1901, 52,390 ; inersaso, 3,634,
