M. Etienne introduced into the Chamber of Deputies Bills reinstating Dreyfus and Picquart. Tho Chamber of Deputies, by 473 to 42, approved of the reinstatement of Major Dreyfus, and by 477 to 27 approved of the reinstatement of Brigadier General Pioquart, but rejeotod M. Prossinso’s motion for the dismissal of the offioers who committed the forgeries. Tho Chamber also largoly approved of a motion rendering homage to tha authors of tho Dreyfus revision trial, denouncing the authors of the conspiracy, and expressing oonfidenoo that Government would execute the necessary penal measures.
