MAKING SOME AMENDS.

M. Etienne introduced into the Chamber of Deputies Bills reinstating Dreyfus and Picquart. Amidst loud cheering the Senate voted by a largo majority money for the erection in its gallery of busts of Senators Trarieux and Schourer-Kisuer, who first favored Dreyfus innocence and wero his witnesses at various trials.

A duel followed, and Oonll woQndod Sarrant in tho lung. By a six fold majority the Senate approved of Dreyfus’ and Pioquart’s reinstatement, DJ. Motoier aoclerod that the Boones judgment was much more convincing tbau that cf tho Court of Caseation. A Senator cjaonlatod that Mercer ought to replaoo Dreyfus on Devil’s leland. (Cheers.)
Recoived 4 80 p.ra., July 15. Paris, July 14. Tho Chamber of Deputies, by 473 to 42, approved of the reinstatement of Major Dreyfus, and by 477 to 27 approved of the reinstatement of Brigadier General Pioquart, but rejeotod M. Prossinso’s motion for the dismissal of the offioers who committed the forgeries. Tho Chamber also largoly approved of a motion rendering homage to tha authors of tho Dreyfus revision trial, denouncing the authors of the conspiracy, and expressing oonfidenoo that Government would execute the necessary penal measures.
