VISIT TO RUSSIA POSPONED.
By telegraph, Press Ass’n, Copyright Received 4.50 p.m, July 15. London, July 14. On Russia’s initiative the visit of the British fleet has been postponed until a more favourable time, probably 1007. Though welcomed with lively satisfaction as a proof of Britain’s sympathy, the Russian Government foresaw that the ilcet’s arrival might cause incidents cal culated to harm the relations of the two j countries. | King Edward and Czar Nicholas exchanged very cordial telegrams.
