The inspectors think it advisable that the grading of the Board's icaofcors he ptiotod iu full, and that the document Iso com muniealed to all teacbcru for their information. They further recommend that the Board should take oxport advice as to tho legal responsibilities whioh the pub lieation of any inspectoral grading of teachers may involve. They recommend that tho subdivisions under oacb grade for the several recognised classes of positions be three instead of six. O i the motion of the chairman, it was agreed to defer the matter until next meeting, in order that the suggested legal advice might bo tekon.
