At tho Chamber of Ocmmeroo Congross tho preferential motion was oarried by a vote of ono hundred and seven Chambers in favor, with thirty-fivo ogaiust. Twontjono remained neutral, including Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart, and Launoostcn. All tbo other Australasian Chambers approved of tbe motion. i
