EXHIBITION STAMPS.

(Per Press Association.) Ohristohurob, last night. Advioe has been received from the Aoting-Seoreta-y of the General Post Offioe, Wellington, to the tffeot that the special issue of stamps commemorative of the exhibition is well under way. A plate for the Id stamp hat aheady been prepared and proofs struck off whioh are satisfactory. The preparation of the stamps of other denominations are well under way, and the Acting-Secretary advises the exhibition authorities that the whole issue will be ready not later than the end of September.
