All the newspapers contain congratulatory notices regarding Mr Chamberlain's birthday, aud speak eulogistic-ally of bis services. Generous tributes have been received from Liberals. Thousands of telegrams and letters, including many from Royalties, have conic to hand. Riocived 9,52 p.m , July 10.
