NEW MAIL LINE.
EXTENDS TO NEW ZEALAND.

Sir Josoph Ward took part with Mr Chapman, Federal PostmasterGeneral, while in London, in the initial stages of the negotiations. Tho capital of tho company will be four million pounds. It will be registered under tho title o£ the Australasian Royal Mail Line.
