For the defonoo It was contended that tho proceeds from the laud wero devoted to the Theological College whioh is not owilld on for pecuniary profit, and Is open to nil. Tho property was not liable to taxation. Ul« Worship decided that neither the Board nor the College is a public edneallonnl or a public charitable Institution and tho land is therefore not exempt from huatiou. Nulloo o( appeal was given.
