LATE PREMIER’S WILL.

(Pei Press Association.) Wellington, last night. Probate of the will of the late Premier was granted to-day by the Chief Justioe to the widow and eldest daughter, Mrs Bean. The will directs that Mrs Beddon shall have a life interest in the property, ‘ which on her death is to be placed intrust for all the ohildren in equal shares. The distribution of illuminated addresses , and jewellery is left to the widow's discretion, The will, whioh was drawn up by the late Premier himself, was signed on December 26tb, 1900, ia the presence' 1 of Sir Joseph Ward and T. H. Hamer. The value of the estate is not stated.
