DECLARES HlB INNOCENCE.
By telegraph', Pfl«»o A«a’n, Copyright Received 12.5 a.m., Juno 28. Sydney, June 27. Mr Crick, speaking on the censure motion, was at timos dramatic. He said insinuations had boon made by the present Government in oonnootion with land eoandals, but on bis oath nothing could bo said against his administration. He made an unseemly attack on Justice Owen. Referring to his own position he said his hands wore tied down to the ohargos pending agamst him, but ionooont or guilty, no jury in this country would oonviot him. Therefore be made the suggestion that Government should withdraw the criminal charge and fight the matter out on the floor of the House.
