COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that this Council proposes to execute a certain public work, viz., the construction of a road through I’arcinata No. 4 Block, and to take for that purpose the lands described in the accompanying Schedule. The works to be undertaken are forma* lion and drainage, and the construction of culverts for the passage of surface water. The owners arc Natives represented by Wi lvingi Hori. Any person who may be injuriously affected by the construction of this road, or who objects to the Council taking this land, must state the objection in writing, and send the writing to the otlice of the Cook County Council within 40 days from the date of this notice.
