Napier, last night, Abe Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ do-opera-tive Association, Ltd., held their annual meeting to-day. The orodit balance at tbe e a of tbe year was £6208 16s 6). A dividend of 7 per cent will be paid, several rebates made, and £IOOO put to the reserve fund, leaving a balanoe of between 6)0 and £IOOO to carry forward.
