When the hotels are olosod in a district the remainder are to pay sufficient fees to make up the compensation. The looal option vote will bo taken iriennially, but oannot bo used to reduoo the statutory number during ton ' years. At the expiration of that period ~iT' there will be oomploto looal option without compensation. Clubs oannot sell drink while hotels are olosed.
