TROUBLE IN RUSSIA.
By telegraph, Pieia Ana’s, Copyright St. Petersburg, June 22. 5 Thirty thousand troops in Odessa district have notified through their officers their refusal to do police duty in the event of disturbances.
Soldiers at the Krasnoyarsk killed their captain and wounded their colonel. Bothj while intoxicated, had.used their sabras upon the men. Sailors and soldiers in the Crimea sym« palhise with the strikes at the ports. Farmers and shippers are in despair at the general standstill of trade. The number of aliens traversing Basic for England has doubled during the past live months. Men are not allowed to quit the trains. A majority aro destitute, and many are diseased. An exodus is impending in Bessarabia, Volkynia, and Podolia. Efforts are being made to transfer the traffic to South America.
