Byj Elect lie Telegraph—Per Prosa Palmerston North, last night. Very great interest wss con trod in the inler-Oollogiato football matches played at the show grounds to-day between teams roprosonting Wanganui and To Ante. In the junior oontest Tc Auto got away with a good lead, but Wanganui wore thorn down, and won by 13 to 8. In tho senior oontest To Auto showed form, combination and dash, and their passing rushes were brilliant. To Aute won bv 24 to nil.
