Tho Education Board this afternoon ex pressed appreciation of the great work done by Mr Seddon as Minister of Education in vastly improving the oondition of primary eduoution, and in affording to all an opportunity cf obt doing secondary education in high schools free of charge, and amplifying the means for training teachers.
