MUSIC HONORS.

Wellington, last night. The gold and silver medals awarded annually by the Associated Board of the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music, London, to candidates who gain lrghest honors marks in New Zealand in the local centre examinations, advanced and intermediate grades, bavo been allotted as follows:
Advanced grade: Gold moda', Agnes Dawson, DunediD, pianofoit’, 189 marks; silver medal, Beatrice Horner, Hawors, pianoforte, 138. Intermediate grade : Flo enoo M. Jonrs, Wellington, harmony, 138, silver medal ; Mary C. Sannders, Auokland, and Cecilia Mumm. Westport, both pianoforte, equal, 185 marks. It is probable a silver modal will be awarded to each of the last-named candidates. Tho maximum Dumber of I marks woe 150.
