I A sequel to the police raid in four premises where it was suspected that sly grog selling was in progress on Bunday werk was enacted at the Police Court this aftßmoon, when no loss than 36 charges were preferred. Three keepers were convicted f selling beer, the fines being £36, £36, sni £35 respectively. One m»n changed with assisting was fined £lO. and another £5 Eleven person* f und an the p-tmues and charged with illegally pealing in lifjodr were eaoh fined £2. and another Sues wtta costs' totalled about £l5O,
