Mr Duncan Eraser, of. Horor ata Canterbury, won the N.Z. championship at Blenheim on Thursday, May 31st last. He was firing from the 33 yards rise and using Colonial Ammunition Company’s Favorite cartridges. His performance is a wonderful record of what can be done by a first class shot. Mr Fraser intends going over to Australia in August next to compete in some of Australian championships, and, judging from his past performances in New Zealand, he is likely to give a very good account of himself, and will ably represent New Zealand sportsmen, who will watch his movements with considerable interest. Mr Fraser uses a Webley gun, and which he speaks very highly of. It is chambered to take in cartridges.
