(Per Press Asaopiatios-) Auckland, last night. At the Polios Court Df. Daniel was summoned for having neglected to furnish the Registrar of Rirths and Deaths with a certificate of doath within the time proscribed by tbp Act. Mr May-, who prosecuted on behalf of the Registrar, said that the man died at Tuakau on March 27ib. The medical praotitioner attending dEoaassd daring his last illness was bound to give a certificate of the oause of death within 31 days, bnt Dr. Dalziei did not provide it until June Ist. Dr, Dalziei, who pleaded guilty, was fined 5s with £3 8s costs.
