COMPLAINS.

I London, May 30. The Church Association wrote to Sir 11. Campbell Bannerman stating that the Prince pf Wales’ presence at Princess Ena’s marriage, assisting -in the celebration of mass, was a most dangerous departure from constitutional usage. Sir H. C. Bannerman dissented from the opinion.
