America is appalled at tbe Chioago re velations regarding the Beef Trußt, and is panic stricken. Biitißh, German, and Japanese orders are droreasiDg. Mr Sinclair, author of “ The Juogle," deolarea that two men fell into the lardrendering vats, and were converted and so'd as lard. Unborn calves have been largely utilised for potted meats. Decomposed Chioago hogs were frozsD, deodorised, and tinned. Mr Sinolair challenges the Trust to bring an action for libel. .
