TROUBLE IN RUSSIA

Le Temps reproaches the Russian constitutional Democrats for their immoderation, and says they ought to have limited their efforts to securing powers to initiate legislation and Ministerial responsibilities. The Democrats retort that unless the Douina voiced the popular demand, members would have been accused of betraying the people. The St Petersburg correspondent of lie Figaro reports that Father Gapon is living in a monastery. Another journalist saw the corpse at Oserlci, which he declares closely resembled, but was not Gapon.
