The census returns for the boroughs of OnehuDga and DevoDport have been completed, the figures beiDg subject to slight correction when checked. The following are figures : Ooehunga 1906 3753, 1901 3015, an increase of 738 ; Devouport 19C6 5107, 1901 3823, an inorease of 1284, Devonport population has increased by about 35 per oent., and Ooehuoga by nearly 25 cent,
