DISOBEDIENCE AND CARGO BROACHING.
(P«r Press Association.) Wellington, last nigbt. Four seamen were arrested yesterday on the Bhip Cassius, from Liverpool, obarged with disobeying the oommands of the oaptain, also with broacbiDg cargo, G. Allright, the chief mate, is under arrest on a charge of oargo broaobiDg.
