Sir John Hall has within tbe last few -a days disposed of between 28 000 and 29,000 acres of his well-known Hoererata estate to a local syndicate for delivery early next year, reserving to himself the home bush block of between 2000 aud 3000 acres. The purchaser intend subdividing and disposing of tho bulk of tho CEtale for cloeo settlement.
