Sooiety seeks to have the Sooiety restrained from extending its business to England, owing to all the State judges being members of the Society. Eventually Mr Justioe Walker agreed to hear the caeeou the understanding that if an appeal ensued it would be taken to the Privy Council, where the judges will be disinterested parties.
