ILL-FATED RONGA.

WeiliDgtOD, last night. -.-The tug Duoo, whio'a was sent to search iior the derelict vessel seen in Cook Straits, same up with tho overturned vessel 20 miles north of Kapiti Island. Grappling irons were made fast to tbe derelict, but on each occasion the tow lino par:od, and as the wind and sea wero increasing the Duoo left her. Captain Abram describes the vessel as being copper-fastened, with a white hull, of yaoht-like linos. No name was visible. He believes the vessel is the RoDga, which left Lyttelton on Saturday, coal-laden for Havelock.
