Though official circles express satisfaction, many Berlin newspapers are dissatisfied with Guiceardini’s Rpeech, especially hi 3 ignoring the Kaiser’s telegram to Goluchowski, and its effect on tho relations of Italy and Germany. . The Deutsches Tages Zeitung says that Italy is using the Triple Allianoe as a springboard for a leap into an alliance with Britain.
