OPINION OF DAIRY COMMISSIONER. (Per Press Association.) Weliingloo, last night. Speaking of butter 11 faking ” at Home, Mr Kinsella, Dairy Commissioner, says : 11 My opinion is that until a British Butter Bill is passed, and until representatives of the colonies have the same powers and privileges under that Act as representatives of the British Board of Agriculture would have, little will be done to pul down this dangerous and very unfair practice whioh is being carried on in ooDneotion with the handling and sale of butter from various colonies.”
