There was a la r ge attendance at the Flits Skat'ng Uiuk last evening, when the first brat in tbo potato race was run. Considerable interest was jtaken in this oompetitioD, and great amusement was .caused by the ontics of 90me of the performers, The heat was won by J. Lang, with E. Newton seoond, The semi-fioal will be raced this evening.
