DunediD, last night, At the annual session of the Presbyterian Bynod of Otago and Southland the Moderator, Rev Dutton, was unable to attend through illness, and his address was read. Disoussion took plaoe on the quaetion of limited tenure of ministerial offioe, and a conference is to be held with the Offioe Bearers’ Association. Tho general opinion appeared to be that tho proposal was impracticable.
