IN Pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Gisborne Borough Council hereby resolves as follows — "That, for the purposo of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £5500, authorised to be raised by the Gisborne Borough Counoil under the above-mentioned Act, for erection of a Bridge over the Taruboru River at Roe* buck Road, the said Gisborne Borough Counoil hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of l£d in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Gisborne, as defined by the N.Z. Gazette of 9th June, 1994, No. 48, Folio 1490.
“That such Speciil Bate shall be an Bnnually recurring into daring the currency of such loan, and bo payable balfj'B&r'.v on the 30ih Juae and the 31at Decombor in eaoh and every year during the currency cf such loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.” Passed at a Special Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held on the 13sh day of March, 1906, and confirmed at a properly-constituted meeting of the said Council held on Tuesday, the lOih day of April, 1906, We hereby certify that the above Special Order has been duly made.
