J, Kinsey, of Kinsey, Burns and Co., tbe looal agents of the Federal line, were seen yeEferday morning, but both these gentlemen were very reluctant to give any information at all on the present situation and the probable coußequeuooß, I hey stated that while tbo negaiiations were pendiDg the parties interested were most anxious that nothing of what was transpiring should be madß public.
